Website Redesign from Kajabi to Webflow

Objective:

The main goal was to redesign the client's website from a non-responsive site on Kajabi to a fully responsive, modern, and user-friendly website on Webflow, improving both the user experience and functionality.

Scope:

• Full website redesign and development.
• Migration from Kajabi to Webflow.
• Implementation of Webflow CMS for content management.
• Custom coding for the search feature.
• Mobile responsiveness.

1. The original site on Kajabi was not mobile-responsive, leading to poor user experience on mobile devices.
2. The client needed a more modern, streamlined design that could integrate with Webflow’s CMS and be easily managed.
3. No integrated search functionality on the previous site.

Design:

• Redesigned the entire website for improved visual appeal and usability.
• Enhanced UI/UX to be more intuitive and engaging, ensuring a seamless experience across devices.
• Fully mobile-responsive design to capture traffic from mobile users.

Development:

• Developed the website using Webflow, offering both a front-end redesign and a backend built for better performance.
• Hard-coded a custom search feature to improve navigation and accessibility on the new site.

Content Management:

• Implemented Webflow’s CMS to allow the client to easily manage and update website content, including the advisor directory, without needing technical expertise.
• Integrated and migrated the advisor directory with each advisor having their own dedicated page, including name, picture, email, phone number, and personalized information.

• Increased mobile traffic due to the site now being fully mobile-responsive.
